Some Notes from the Kitchen
We care about the community we live and work in and are committed to making responsible decisions that have a positive impact. We source as much produce and products from local farms and suppliers as possible and do our best to recycle everything we’re allowed.
TO OUR FRIENDS (AND YOUR FRIENDS WITH CELIAC DISEASE AND GLUTEN ALLERGIES: All jams are gluten-free; however, they are not made in a gluten-free kitchen. There is no guarantee that every jam is completely free of gluten. Although we offer a selection of gluten-free items and our kitchen does their best to keep them safe from contamination, this is not a gluten-free kitchen.
TO OUR FRIENDS WITH SOY ALLERGIES: The veggie “chorizo” is made with textured soy flour, which is a soy allergen.
TO OUR FRIENDS WITH NUT ALLERGIES: Our almond milk contains almonds. The hazelnut syrup contains hazelnuts.
Vanilla and almond extracts are imitation extracts, meaning there is no vanilla and no nuts in the extracts.
We do not keep nuts in the house as a standard; however, nuts may be used occasionally for specials. If you intent to order a special, please ask us about the ingredients.

Our eggs are cooked to order and may be served raw or undercooked. Consuming raw or undercooked meats, poultry, seafood, shellfish, or eggs may increase your risk of food-borne illness.
