Wicked Biscuit Sauce:

This addicting sauce is the brain-child of Biscuit Head's Chef Jason, and Wicked weed's brewing team- creating a hot sauce aged in an oak whisky barrel from Wicked Weed's famous sour beer, Black Angle. 

After ten hours of filling the barrel with 250 pounds of local red Serrano peppers, The mash was aged for six months, resulting in this medium heat sauce with notes of oak and cherry. 

Look for an upcoming fiery beer at the Funkatorium- aged in the same barrel.
